During your time with us, your host Leo oversees your stay, while you enjoy fresh food prepared on-site by Sonya and her team. Together, they bring over 40 years of hospitality experience across renowned hotels and restaurants, including establishing and running the critically acclaimed Churchill Arms in Paxford in the early days of the UK gastro-pub scene.
