Meet our chef, Sonya

As a pioneer of the British gastro-pub revolution, Sonya’s culinary background is extensive. She led the celebrated Cotswolds kitchens of The Marsh Goose and The Churchill Arms, opened her own delicatessen, Soda, in Chipping Norton, and wrote as a food journalist for The Guardian. Today, she brings that wealth of experience to the food at Heyford House.

I love Sonya’s food, whether she’s cooking in a small cave or a five star hotel.
