Wim Hof Method® instruction, contrast therapy, personal training and martial arts in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside
Hi, I’m Leo Brooke-Little.
As an Advanced Wim Hof Method® Instructor, Personal Trainer, and 5th Dan Black Belt, I help people unlock their full potential. Whether you need group training or tailored one-to-one support, I adapt to your specific goals—whether that means pushing your absolute limits or simply getting moving again.
My clients range from teenagers focusing on running, boxing, and general fitness, to over-50s who realise they need a sustainable, ongoing plan to stay healthy and vibrant as they age.

The Wim Hof Method, it is a combination of breathwork, cold exposure, commitment and mindset to, as Wim''s tagline goes, make you happy, strong and healthy.

Looking to give your squad a competitive edge? I work with sports teams to build physical resilience and mental composure. Combining functional conditioning with Wim Hof Method training and wood-fired sauna recovery, we provide a dedicated environment to optimise your team's performance.

Most corporate awaydays don't actually change how your team operates. I facilitate Wim Hof Method retreats and awaydays at Heyford House, introducing teams to controlled, voluntary stress through breathwork and custom-built ice baths. It’s the ultimate way to reconnect, recharge, and turn composure into a learned skill.

Work at your pace to achieve your goals, come with friends or a partner (who can be your friend), some want to just focus on boxing, others may want to bike due to knee injuries, we can focus on what is important to you.

I run regular weekly group circuit sessions designed to be dynamic and varied. We mix things up by taking a short jog outside, utilising local surroundings and street furniture for functional movement, and finishing up with targeted workouts in the gym or garden.

I run a Freestyle Martial Arts Academy on Wednesday evenings at Deddington Primary School. We start with a beginners lesson at 1800, then have an intermediate lesson at 1845 and blackbelt class at 1930, we take children from 5 up to adults with various families training together as welll.

Any change is fraught with apprehension but let's talk, perhaps have a free trial session. There's no hard sell, take it at your own pace and no strings attached.
