Standard check-in is between
5pm and 11pm.
Because we are a small, family-run business without a 24-hour front desk, we coordinate our day around your arrival. Please let us know your planned arrival time so we can ensure someone is here to welcome you and give you your keys.
Please also let us know if you have any special requests, such as extra beds for children or dietary requirements, so we can prepare for your stay.

Route S4 (Banbury/Oxford): Alight at Heyford Bridge.
Route 25 (Bicester): Alight at The Kingdom Hall.
Air
Oxford Airport: 9 miles / 16-min drive.
Enstone Airfield: 10 miles / 20-min drive.
Heathrow Airport*: 58 miles / 1 hr 10-min drive.
*Alpha Cars in Bicester for transfer from Heathrow.
From M40 North - Exit junction 10 and take B430 to Middleton Stoney, at traffic lights turn right on B4030, after 3 miles at cross roads at bottom of steep hill, turn left and then after 600 yards turn right into Lower Heyford. At The Bell pub bear left into Market Square and down no through road to church. Heyford House is on the left opposite the church.
From M40 South - Exit junction 9 and turn left onto A34 after 1 mile exit left (small exit) to Weston on the Green and B430, follow B430 to Middleton Stoney and at traffic lights turn left onto B4030, after 3 miles at cross roads at bottom of steep hill, turn left and then after 600 yards turn right into Lower Heyford. At The Bell pub bear left into Market Sqaure and down no through road to church. Heyford House is on the left opposite the church.
From A4260 Oxford – Banbury Road turn east onto B4030 at traffic lights adjacent to Hoptcrofts Holt Hotel and Jet Garage, follow B4030 down hill, through traffic lights, over the river then 350 yards after crossing railway and canal turn left into Lower Heyford. At The Bell pub bear left into Market Square and down no through road to church. Heyford House is on the left opposite the church.
We serve breakfast between 7am and 9am. If you would like to eat a little later, please ask the day before and we will see what we can do around our other commitments.
The kitchen: Make yourselves at home in our fully equipped kitchen. Tea and coffee are available here at all times (as well as in your room), and you have everything you need to cook your own meals (please just check with us first to check availability).
Fridge space: Please feel free to bring your own food and drink to store in the fridge.
Washing up: If your used items can go in the dishwasher, that is great. For anything else, you will find washing-up liquid by the sink.
Laundry and ironing: We have a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an ironing board available. Just ask, and we will happily get you set up.
Payment: We take all major credit cards except Amex.

We have two wood-fired saunas on-site, each seating up to eight people. The saunas are frequently open from 4pm to 8pm for shared, social sessions.

As a house guest, if the saunas are not open or you simply prefer your own space, you can contact Leo directly to arrange a private sauna or guided contrast therapy.

We occasionally have a takeaway and brunch menu here at the house.
Head chef, Jerome, has over 30 years' cheffing experience with a background in fine dining from France, USA and UK. His food is honest, hearty, delicious and generously served.
