In this intensive 4-hour session, I will teach them the science of the breath, how to control their nervous system, and guide them through their first supervised team ice bath. (Includes: Science breakdown, guided breathwork, ice immersion, contrast therapy sauna, and a light team lunch).

Your players leave knowing exactly how to use the breathing techniques in the changing room before a game for focus, and how to use basic cold exposure at home for recovery.

Don’t just learn the method and let it fade. Lock the habit in by putting a recurring team date in the diary. Bring the squad back to Heyford House for dedicated access to our ice baths and sauna. As an Advanced Instructor, I don’t just watch the clock—I actively coach your team to deepen their breathwork, safely push their cold tolerance, and build unbreakable team cohesion through shared adversity.

Meet for a hot or cold refreshment, then head out for a gentle session in nature, moving inside only if the weather is wild, where we get to know each other and a little bit more of ourselves.
We explore the history and science of the method and intellectually break down the three pillars. This leads us directly into a guided breathing session followed by the ice bath.
A light lunch generally starting with homemade soup just in case anyone hasn't fully warmed up yet.
An introduction to contrast therapy using both the cold and heat. This is an informal session where I will talk you through it as you dip in and out of the sauna and plunge.
A final debrief to ask questions and say farewell. You will leave with a clear head and an invite to my WhatsApp community to keep in touch and keep the practice going.
