The Wim Hof Method fundamentals add on

How to book your Wim Hof Method add on

More than just mindfulness, discover the Wim Hof Method

Meditation is excellent for managing stress, but it is often passive. The Wim Hof Method is active. A 2025 study published in Nature demonstrates the difference: while mindfulness lowers baseline stress, this protocol builds psychophysiological resilience. You aren't just learning to recover from pressure; you are training your nervous system to tolerate higher loads.

Details and pricing

If you have any questions please do feel free to get in touch.

10:30am - Start

Meet for a hot or cold refreshment, then head out for a gentle session in nature, moving inside only if the weather is wild, where we get to know each other and a little bit more of ourselves.

11:30am - Wim Hof Method fundamentals

We explore the history and science of the method and intellectually break down the three pillars. This leads us directly into a guided breathing session followed by the ice bath.

1:30pm - Lunch

A light lunch generally starting with homemade soup just in case anyone hasn't fully warmed up yet.

2:15pm - Contrast therapy

An introduction to contrast therapy using both the cold and heat. This is an informal session where I will talk you through it as you dip in and out of the sauna and plunge.

3pm to 3:30pm - Reflections and farewells

A final debrief to ask questions and say farewell. You will leave with a clear head and an invite to my WhatsApp community to keep in touch and keep the practice going.

The course can be adapted based on your expereince with the Wim Hof Method. No previous experience is needed.
